The Reunion Cup
Illustrative scenario, not an actual booking or customer story.
Eight friends have a two-night U.S. golf weekend and two rounds in mind. We suggest course and lodging options that fit the group, make contact with relevant venues, and introduce the organizer. The group confirms availability and books directly. We then shape a team format and scoring plan around the rounds they secure.
The personal touch
“The Reunion Cup,” the trip year, a shared color palette, and each golfer’s name carry through the box, bag tag, marker, and scorecards. The kits ship together to the organizer for a first-night handout.
Example package math
8 golfers × $150 = $1,200, plus shipping and any applicable tax. All travel and supplier costs are separate.
The Tournament Kit includes the same concierge-style trip help available in every package, plus its competition and personalized-gift elements. Your group handles all supplier bookings, contracts, and payments.

A First Trip Together
Illustrative scenario, not an actual booking or customer story.
Eight friends want a weekend within driving distance, with two rounds and a place to stay together. They share preferred dates, their starting region, and budget priorities. We research suitable golf and lodging options and introduce the organizer to the relevant contacts. The group checks availability and makes its own bookings.
The personal touch
One golfer wants a memorable final round; another prioritizes an easy drive. The recommendations give the organizer a clear starting point for a weekend that feels right for the whole crew.
Example package math
8 golfers × $50 = $400, plus any applicable tax. All travel and supplier costs are separate.
Choose The First Tee for research and introductions. Gifts, a day-by-day itinerary, and competition design belong to the other packages described here.
03 / Give the weekend its shape
The Clubhouse

The Long Weekend
Illustrative scenario, not an actual booking or customer story.
Eight friends are considering a three-night stay with two rounds. A suggested itinerary leaves arrival evening open, places golf on the next two mornings, and leaves breathing room for a group dinner and a low-key afternoon. We share dining and transportation recommendations; the organizer checks availability and books directly.
The personal touch
A trip name and year tie together the group’s keepsake and individual gifts. The organizer receives the gifts at one U.S. address and brings them along for a welcome-night handout.
Example package math
8 golfers × $100 = $800, plus shipping and any applicable tax. All travel and supplier costs are separate.
For custom scorecards and a designed competition sequence, explore The Championship.

North vs. South
Illustrative scenario, not an actual booking or customer story.
Eight golfers independently arrange three rounds across a long weekend. We help shape two teams, an opening team round, a second-round format, and a final singles session with clear points and tie-break guidance. The suggested sequence is built around the courses and tee times the group secures.
The personal touch
Team identities, matching scorecard design, and keepsakes carry the trip name and year. The organizer shares the format before the trip, distributes the gifts, and runs the competition using the plan and printed materials.
Example package math
8 golfers × $250 = $2,000, plus shipping and any applicable tax. All travel and supplier costs are separate.
Competition design is prepared for your group to use. On-site staffing, live-scoring software, and funded prizes are not included.
